Why did you choose Belmont Abbey College, Men’s D2? “Belmont Abbey was a school of great pride both on and off the field. With the college being made up of athletes it felt like a school where I could flourish and continue to play the game I love so much. Coach Barrett was more than convincing when he said he believes the program will be among the best in the country every year for D2. With the up an coming facilities and the new turf stadium coming the fall of my freshman season Belmont Abbey is going to look completely different. With the new facilities and big turf stadium it feels like Belmont Abbey is a D1 school, especially with all the support the administration and school body expresses towards us. I can’t wait to get on campus and begin the journey to get in the tournament.”
Is there anything else you would like to share? “I’d like to thank my parents for always supporting me and guiding me on this crazy journey. I’d like to thank all my coaches for believing in me and pushing me to be the best player I could be. I’d like to thank my teammates most of all. They were always there to support me through highs and lows, good and bad I knew my teammates would always be there to pick me up when I fell.”
