Today’s ‘Uncommitted Spotlight’ features Top Gun Fighting Clams 2020 attackman Jack Theriault of Northfield Mount Hermon (MA).
Major lacrosse honors/showcases: Top returning scorer for Northfield Mount Hermon after a very successful freshman campaign where he was among the team’s top scorers, leading goal scorer and point scorer at two of the three Clam tournaments he attended last summer.
Fall Lacrosse Schedule: UMASS Fall Classic, 3d/FLG and the fall Philly Showcase
Coaches Comments: “Jack may have the surprise of the summer for his Clam class. An atypical player with an extremely unique style, Jack got better and better as the summer progressed, and by the end he was clearly among our most effective players. In addition to being a highly creative and downright dangerous shooter and finisher, Jack also proved on the fly at one tournament that he is also an exceptional face off man. He may be the most effective player in the program at initiating contact and using his leverage to gain body position. And once he gains that position, he knows exactly what to do with the ball.
“Keep your eye out for Jack this fall. He is very noticeable on the field, and once you start watching him, you’re going to want to keep watching him. Trust us!”
